こんばんは！

テレビを　見るのが　だいすきですけど、大学で　しゅくだい　と　何かをするの　が　あるから、あまり　テレビを　見ません。　でも　たくさん　おもしろいテレビのプログラム（program）を　見せたいです。

“もやしもん”は　とても　かわいくて、　たのしい　テレビのプログラムです。

この　テレビのぷろぐらむ　は　男の人が　バクテリア（bacteria)を　見ったり　バクテリアを　話したりします。　それは　’おまけ’だから、　私は　いいクリップ（clip) が　ありません。

はじめて　’フール’　（hulu) を　みました。　そして、’リブアックチュン’ (live action)を　見ったから、　アニメを　見なかったけど、リブアックチュンも　アニメも　とても　かわいいとおもいます。

 I thought I was behind on the episodes, but they haven't uploaded an episode since September :(.

私は　もやしもんが　好きですけど、　あまり　日本のテレビを　みませんですが、　たくさん　アメリカのテレビが　大好きです。

私の　大好きな　テレビの　プログラムは　モドランファマリー（Modern Family)や　オフィス（The Office)やです。

 We were sitting around doing nothing, so I whipped out my camera.  These were the reactions:

私の友だちのせんこうは　えいがので、　友だちと　たくさん　えいがを　みます。　わたしは　えいがが　すきですが、私の友だち　えいがが　大好きです。友だちは　木曜日に　デバートロで　えいがを　みるのが　すきなので、　わたしと　いきます。先週の木曜日に　「Hereafter」を　みました。先週の先週、　「The Town」を　みました。　それから、　友だちのりょうで　たくさん　えいがを　みます。　いつも　えいがを　みます！I think I watched over twenty movies during break =_=.

私は　おんがくを　きくのが　大すきなので、　たくさん　「Headphones」が　あります。　コンサートを　いくのが　大好きです。　私の　一番　好きな　バンドは　「Muse」。　「Lady Gaga」も　すきですが、　「Muse」の方が　「Lady Gaga」より　大好きです！ Anyone like Muse?  イギリスから　きました！　とても　いいです！

This was the last concert I went to (way back last March), but it was the best one I've ever been to!  And I was close enough to see the sweat dripping off the singer's face 8D.

私のふゆ休み

Chicagoに　いて、　Houstonに　ひこぎで　かえりました。

My first time in Chicago!

Chicagoで　レストランで　しょくじを　して、Tronを　みて、私の友だちのアパートで　ねました。　そして、Houstonに かえります　そして　たくさん　Vietnameseのたべものを　たべました。とても　おいしでした！

I was stuck at home for the first week of break because my parents took away my car.  It was very sad!  They also lost my keys, so when my parents left for work, I was literally trapped in my own home (my house is gated, I didn’t have the key to the lock).  They also cut off my internet, I was very sad.  However, I got a copy to the keys by the following week and I was able to get rides from my friends!

Paintballingに　しました　(for the first time)!  It was so painful. I had bruises bigger than my cellphone, but it was very fun.

ともだちと　えいがをみて、　Bowlingにしました。I’m not very good at bowling, my friends were though L。　たくさん　かいもの　いきました。My sister took me to this Korean market called H-Mart and I took some pictures because they had some Japanese stuff in there!  (I literally thought ‘I can put this in my blog’ haha).

私の サンスギビング

サンスギビングの休みは　ノートダムのだいがくのキャンプすに　いて、とても　ひまでした。たくさん　しゅくだいが　ありました。 水曜日　りょうで　ゆっくりして、　たくさん　えいがを　みました。そのあと　ともだちと　がくしょくに　ひるごはんを　たべに　いきました。

　

ともだちと　ともだちのりょうに　フャイナルフャンタシーをしに　いきました。　そして私のりょうに　ホット　チョコレートを　つくりに　かえりました。　とても　おいいしかたです。

木曜日　ごごじゅうにじに　おきました。　がくしょくで　サンスギビングのフィーストがありました。　だから　ともだちと　いっしょに　がくしょくに　たべに　いきました。　にじかんぐらい　たべました。　　がくしょくは　とても　りっぱで、きれいでした。私のりょうに　しゅくだいをしに　かえりました。でも、　りょうしんに　ビデオのでんわをかけました。　

金曜日　ごぜん　さんじごろ　おきました。　　ともだちと　もールに　かいものをしに　いきました。　ウイルマートにも　かいものをしに　いきました。そのあと、りょうに　ベッドのうえで　ねに　かえりました。　くじはんから　さんじまで　ねました。

土曜日　私のともだちは　私のりょうに　しゅくだいをしに　きました。　でも、ともだちと　いっしょに　えいがを　みました。　そして、　ともだちのりょうで　ばんごはんを　たべました。　そこで　フットボルのゲームを　みました。　ゲームは　とても　おもしろくて、　よかったです！

日曜日　たくさん　しゅくだいが　ありました、でも　げんきじゃなくて、しゅくだいを　しませんでした。

たのしな週末！

今ばんは　みなさん！　私の週末は　たのしいでした。　先週の金曜日に　よじかんぐらい　ゲームを　しゅました。　そして、ともだちと私は　レストランで　ばんごはんを　たべました。

先週の土曜日に　じゅうじごろに　おきました　そして、　しゅくだいを　しました。　そして、　ノートルダムノの大学のスタヂウムで　フトボールゲームを　みました。　とても　すごいですね？

そして、ともだちと私は　うちで　マニ　パキオ―マチュ(Manny Pacquiao match)を　みました。マチュは　とても　いいです！

そして、　パーチを　いきました。

二曜日に、バシリカ(Basilica)で　マス(mass)に　いきました。　そして、ごじかんぐらい　しゅくだいをしました。せんたく　しました。　そして、　ともだちのりょうで　えいがを　みました。

クレモル(Claymore) と Misc.

すみません！I haven’t updated in a while, I couldn’t think of any にんほのstuff to write about without repeating myself. 　

However, わたしあのsister sent me pocky! Pocky をたべました。

I also want to share one of my favorite まんが(manga): Claymore. まんがは ようかい(monster)が　います。　ようかいは　ひとを　たべます！ To defend themselves, humans made a hybrid species, combining monster with human women. The Organization (known as Claymores) go around protecting the humans from the monsters. My favorite character is Teresa. She was the number one Claymore of the organization until she killed humans (bandits that were trying to kill her human friend).

わたしのりよ

わたしのうちに　わかりませんでした。I stayed at ノートルダム大学。 ともだちのりよで　えいがを　みました　そして、　ビデオのゲーム(video games)を　しました。　

Kirbyは　とても　かわいいです！

わたしの　りょうは　パスカリア　イースト (Pasquerilla East)。　わたしわ　あかいパルオス！　ピイ(PE)は　あまりあたらしかりません、　でも、おおきです。


I love dorm mass at PE, especially on Wednesdays!  We have Candlelit mass on Wednesday evenings, it is very nice and small.

おたく (Otaku)

Ever been to an anime convention? I have.  My sister is a bigger Japanese culture fan addict than me and she would drag me conventions in Houston, and this summer, she dragged me all the way to Dallas.

スタバに(starbucks)　いきます。あさ、コーヘーをのみます。

うちに　かえります。べんきょうのへやでのP.Eりょう、しゅくだえをします。きたのがくしょくで　ばんごはんをたべます。まいしゅう、みなみのがきょくで　ばんごはんをたべます。

 まいばん、しゃわを　あびます。にほんごに　べんきょうします。　ねます。

Kanon Wakeshima and Battle Royale

はじめ　まして！Hoang　です。　 わたしは　あめりかじん　です。　いちねんせいです。わたしの せんこうは　いがくです.　どおぞ　よろしく。 Well that is my introduction again.

I kind of already introduced a Japanese person/thing I like, but I'll just expand it a little by introducing my favorite song of Kanon Wakeshima, it's called "すなの　おしろ" which means "Castle of Sand." The music video's a little random but I love her dress.

I don't watch too much Japanese stuff, but I do like the movie "Battle Royale." It was based on a novel which became a manga which then became a movie (which happened to have the actor who played the main character in my favorite anime franchise, Death Note). I've read the novel and the manga and I've seen the movie. Each was disturbing in its own way, but I think the manga was the most disturbing/graphic medium. The novel was nice, but very long. The movie was good, but the effects were a bit sketchy. Still, it's a good movie, just don't watch the pathetic sequel. P.S. The Japanese girl in Kill Bill Volume 1 is in Battle Royale and she is super cool!

I'm not too sure how to embed two videos so I'll just see if this works.

J-Pop and other Fantastical Japanese Stuff :3

はじめまして。　Hoang Trang です。　どおぞよろしく! 

That sentence took me a very long time to type.  I'm not very technologically adapted and it took me the past two days to figure out how to set the language to Japanese.

I first took up interest in Japanese when I read my first manga, ふしぎ遊戯.  (And sorry, I did not make that kanji.. when I tried to type it in Hiragana it automatically stuck it into kanji).  I read a lot of manga after that, I watched some anime, but I liked reading better.  Death Note is my favorite.  I also love to play video games, and my favorite ones always seem to be the RPG Japanese ones (Square Enix: Final Fantasy!)  Which got me started listening to Japanese pop music.  I'd listen to some Utada Hikaru and Ayumi Hamasaki, but then I fell in love with Kanon Wakeshima last year.  Perhaps its her clothes ( I love Lolita clothing by the way), but her cello is wonderful and she just gives off this great vibe in her music.  So I've been listening to her for about a year and I'd rather much like to know what she's going on about.  The title of my blog is actually the name of her first album.  It is great, everyone should listen to it.  My favorite song is すな　の　おしる, however, the music video for that is quite strange.  So I shall link her newest single Storytelling by Solita.  She likes to mix French in with her music so that is not all Japanese.
